The early morning knocks from housekeeping were so frustrating! At 9:30 AM, they insisted we leave, even though checkout was at 10. I felt rushed and it ruined the whole vibe of our stay. Really not cool!

An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was good, a bath worked well. The hotel's location was incredible, not far from the cafes and eateries, and The Sands.

Really helpful staff, it was very enjoyable stay.
It was so close to walking tracks, restaurants and the cafes, nice location overall. Again, the hotel was 5 minutes by car from Surfcoastimages Gallery❤😃

I really got great value for my money, especially with the fantastic upgrade to a beautiful suite.
The breakfast could definitely use more atmosphere and friendly service.

we had a fantastic stay at the sands. the location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, and we enjoyed cycling into the town center. our room was spacious and offered stunning views of the golf course. the indoor pool was a highlight, especially on cooler days, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.
All good! 😊.

The room is well-organised and neat, comes with WiFi, beautiful bathroom & balcony. The location is marvellous and perfect, 2 miles from an optional beach. The hotel is a short walk to eateries and golf courses. They have an amazing restaurant for dinner, that was a definite bonus.

I especially enjoyed the sliding door that led directly to the garden, allowing fresh air and a picturesque view. The comfort of the bed ensured restful sleep, despite a few noise disturbances.

Peppers, The Sands Resort is quality and comfortable. A great location in Torquay. We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious room, separate bedroom, huge bathroom and a balcony.Breakfast served in the restaurant had a great choice overlooking the golf greens.Overall a great relaxation stay.
I wish the checkout time was a little later than 10am

The Unit was excellent and spotless.
Resturant very ordinary, let the resort down, food not a high standard and many flies including blowflies in the resturant at night and again at breakfast.

Nice place with friendly staff and clean rooms. The large balcony was a highlight, and the pool and gym were enjoyable. Just a heads-up: the restaurant isn't open on Mondays and Tuesdays, so plan ahead. Great for golfers, but options around are limited.

Its location in relation to what we were doing was good. Certainly golf would have been a draw card on another occasion.
Well the basin in the bathroom was completely blocked the water did not run down the drain at all. The taps in the shower were very confusing and touchy in relation to hot and cold. Could burn someone. Cost of breakfast over and above the tariff is to much. We have stayed at Peppers in Sutton Forrest NSW where breakfast was included. An extra $50 for breakfast is to much.

Just spent Christmas at this hotel, and it was a blast! Perfectly located near a fine dog-friendly beach, we loved taking our pup for walks. The rooms are super cozy and refreshed, making for a cute retreat.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown—overpriced for what we got, and we found a few dirty tables during our meal. Our room wasn’t perfectly clean upon arrival either, and the noise from above could be a hassle at times. it’s a decent spot but has room for improvement!

Fantastic place the room was great and also the views
I did not feel welcome with the staff and we were very rushed by the staff in the restaurant , for the amount of money you would expect friendly staff

I stayed here for a romantic getaway, and it was lovely! The staff provided really good service, arranging roses and champagne in our upgraded room, which had stunning views of the golf course. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a cozy balcony. The gym facilities were great, and the restaurant's food was delicious. The color scheme, along with high-quality Eleven shampoo and conditioner, added a nice touch to our experience.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
